Part of the national WorldMark Group of Companies, Up2Scratch is a rapidly expanding network of Rapid Repair Mobile body-shop manned by experienced panel repair technicians offering latest technology repairs for minor vehicle body damage; scratches, dents and scuffs.

To ensure guaranteed quality repair services, all Up2Scratch technicians are time-served experienced tradesmen, full time employees, no sub-contractors, who carry out repairs at the customer’s choice of location, either home or office.

Each customised Mercedes Up2Scratch vehicle carries the ultimate in mobile repair technology with the capability to colour match tens of thousands of different colours of paint all approved by motor vehicle manufacturers.

Currently located in Brisbane and Gold Coast, Up2Scratch leads the way in same day, Mobile Rapid Repair technology.

REPAIR TECHNOLOGY

In our vans, as in any major body shop, paint is kept in thermostatically controlled storage units in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications. We only use top grade paint and this, together with our processes, is fully approved by all major car manufacturers, meaning that our work maintains their new car paint warranties.

Paint cross contamination is prevented by using separate spray guns for the primer, colour and top lacquer. We do NOT use aerosol paints! Similarly, separate equipment is used for working on aluminium and steel car bodies.

This innovative addition will soon be available for our customers to track the location of our Mobile Repair Vans on their way to a repair location

KEY DIFFERENTIATOR

Fundamentally, smaller cosmetic touch-up repairers are surface ‘touch-ups’ who are not able to complete the quality and depth of repairs Up2Scratch can. Smaller repairers simply don’t carry the sophisticated equipment Up2Scratch carry in their mobile repair units.

Our team of Technicians have all been carefully selected to ensure they provide a friendly and professional service along with exceptional vehicle repair skills that exceed expectations. Once your repair has been logged, our technician will arrive at your specified time, and on time! They’ll be neat and clean and in an Up2Scratch uniform, in a sign-written vehicle, fully equipped and ready to start your repair. No if’s and but’s.

This industry leading formulation combines low VOC* ‘green’ credentials with the speed, productivity and user-friendliness. Envirobase High Performance has set an all new benchmark for waterborne paint systems that deliver amazing repair finishes in exceptionally fast cycle times.

*VOC Green program identifies products that comply with indoor air quality emissions criteria of green building programs such as LEED, CHPS and the Green Guide for Health Care.
